Driver Hospitalized After Morning Rollover

NEEDHAM, MA — A driver was transported to the hospital following a rollover crash in Needham Tuesday morning.

At about 7:30 a.m., Needham fire responded to a crash near the intersection of Great Plain and Greendale Avenues. Needham Deputy Fire Chief Donald Anastasi told the Boston Globe that the driver flipped the car after clipping the side of a parked car.

The jaws of life were used at the scene, Needham fire said.

The driver was taken to a Boston hospital.
