Drugged Driving, Identity Theft: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

November 16
10:15 p.m. - Police responded to Charles River Street at Cedar Street for a single motor vehicle crash. As a result of the investigation, Christopher Harper, 33, of Dover, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating with a suspended license.

12:00 p.m. - An officer responded to Greendale Avenue for a Town of Needham sign board trailer that was laying on the ground. It was very windy at the time and it appeared that it was blown over by the wind. There was very minor damage to the trailer.
1:20 p.m. - A resident of Rolling Lane reported his identity was used to open a checking account at TD Bank. He notified the bank and the account was closed.

9:15 p.m. - An officer initiated a motor vehicle stop in the area of Gould Street. Upon further investigation the operator's license was suspended. A 55-year-old Needham woman was issued a summons for operating with a suspended license and defective vehicle equipment.
November 18
10:55 p.m. - Needham Police and Fire personnel responded to Highland Avenue at Gould Street for a crash involving two vehicles with injuries. The 18-year-old Stoughton operator was cited for failing to stop for a red light and texting while driving.
November 19
4:50 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle on 2nd Avenue. The operator, a 56-year-old Needham man, was cited for operating with a suspended license and not having a license in possession.
