Police responded at 7:23 a.m. to Scanlon Tree for a report of a past break-in. The person said that when he and his crew got to work, they found that the keys to a work truck were missing and that the motion alarm had been tripped sometime during the night. At 12:41 a.m., police responded to a Webster Street residence for a past hit and run. One piece of construction equipment struck another piece of equipment and broke a window and damaged a door At 3:50 p.m., police stopped a car on Rosemary Street. The operator had a warrant out for breaking and entering. Lucito Edmond, 29, 68 Butler St., Apt. 10, Dorchester, was arrested on a warrant. Police also found bags of marijuana in his car and he was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance.
