September 21
11:50 a.m. - An officer took a report of identity fraud at an Otis Street residence. The victim reported that someone had filed an unemployment claim in her name. The state recognized the claim as fraud and did not honor it. The matter is under investigation.

10:05 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Manning Street address for a report of a suspect vehicle that was possibly involved in a hit and run. Upon subsequent investigation, Sabrina Oliver, 24, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, and possession of an open container of alcohol.

7:30 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Reservoir Street business for a reported theft of equipment sometime over the weekend. Landscaping equipment appears to have been taken from locked trailers. The matter remains under investigation.
