Joanne Chang, author of the bestselling cookbook, “Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston’s Flour Bakery + Café” will hold a book signing at the iconic New England Mobile Book Fair on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 1-2:30 p.m. in Newton Highlands.
Chang owns the popular Boston bakery Flour, earning a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard before following her heart to enter the world of professional cooking.
