"Extreme Looks" is a four day intensive seminar that examines how the media goes to extremes that distort girls' self-esteem, body-image and perceptions about relationships. Based on a model of wellness, the group will incorporate activities, discussions, and teach participants safe ways to exercise and stay healthy, thus addressing the needs of the mind, body and spirit.
