The Needham Business Association's annual Harvest Fair and SoupBowl celebration will take place on Saturday, October 2 at Memorial Field. Local merchants will set up in the parking lot of Memorial Field to provide businesses the opportunity to showcase their products and services. There will be pony rides, trolley rides, entertainment, food, children's activities and the famous SouperBowl.
One of the highlights of the Harvest Fair, the crowd-favorite SouperBowl featires local food purveyors competing for top honors in a soup taste-off with anywhere from eight to 14 soups available. Winners will be awarded a "People's Choice Award" by the general public and select judges will also award a 1st place "Judges Award" to their favorite. The soup tent will be open to the public from 11:30 until the soup runs out. There is a "spoon fee" of $5 for unlimited sampling.
