Needham's own Longwood Opera has opened its 22nd annual Summer Concert Series. Performances take place on Tuesday evenings at Christ Episcopal Church, 1132 Highland Ave., Needham, beginning at 7:30 pm. Programs are directed and hosted by Scott Brumit, Longwood Opera's General Director. Music direction is by Jeffrey Brody. The schedule is as follows:
