The event will feature fine arts exhibits, music, dance and more, with the following performances scheduled: 11:00  Paulette's Dance Studio 11:30  High Rock Glee Club 12:00  Needham Dance Studio 12:30  Pollard &amp; High Rock Jazz Combo 1:00    Melodius Funk Jazz 2:00    David Bonaiuto &amp; Brian Voelz Trombone &amp; Trumpet Duo Special this year, there will be plein air painters working outdoors around Needham.
