Parent Talk will hold their Frosty's Festival on Saturday, Dec. 17 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Parent Talk Playspace, located at the Caryl Center, 4 Springdale Ave., Dover.
There will be crafts and activities for children, a North Pole express mailbox for letters to Santa and photo ops with Santa and Mrs. Claus and other winter friends.
This event is free to ParentTalk members and $5 per child for non-members (children under 12 months get in free).
