RETURNING STUDENTS

For returning students, registration can be done in person on January 29 or by mail by sending in completed Registration Form, Code of Conduct Agreement and Media Release/Assumption of Risk Form with payment by January 29 to:

(Late registrations will be accepted until February 7)

NEW STUDENTS

For new students, registration must be done in person.   Please call 781-956-4281 or e-mail srizkallah@comcast.net to schedule a placement meeting on January 29.  At this meeting, we will get to know the student better to ensure proper placement in band.  (If you can not attend on January 29, we can schedule a new student meeting on another date.)
 
Please bring to registration completed Registration Form, Code of Conduct Agreement and Media Release/Assumption of Risk Form with payment.
