In this 2-part seminar series, The Divorce Center will provide info on child support and custody for separated, divorcing and unwed parents.
Part 1 on July 21 is What is Custody and How Do I Make a Parenting Plan? and will cover what is a Guardian ad Litem and a Parenting Coordinator, what judges look for in custody orders, the standards are for relocation, and minimizing the trauma of divorce/separation on children.
Part 2 on July 28th is What Should I Expect for Support and Insurance? and will discuss who pays for health insurance, how much and what length of time to expect for child support, what to expect regarding life insurance, and planning for college.
