True North Course: Accelerated iPad

Did you receive or buy an iPad during the last few months? Have you mastered the basic skills? Then it’s time to step it up a notch.

Join North Hill’s technology guru Ellie Doff at a free class on the iPad on Tuesday, March 20 from 10 a.m. to noon at Olin College Academic Center, 1000 Olin Way, Needham. You will learn amazing tips and tricks. Uncover magic you never knew that little tablet was hiding. Doff will introduce you to the latest and most relevant Apps that will keep you one step ahead of your grandchildren.

From the latest technological gadgetry to the social and scientific innovations in energy, design and many other disciplines, the True North Innovation Series will investigate how innovation improves (and complicates?) our world.

The program is led by Doff, a longtime Needham resident, who is also leading the North Hill 60 Day iPad Experience program. Her passion for “her” technology (iPad, iPhone, Kindle and PC) is only matched by her interest in sharing that passion. Doff also does private tutoring for personal technology use.

The course is free and open to all active adults in the Boston area. Individuals should enroll early. This class is limited to 20 participants.
