Fight, Stolen Packages, And More: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

November 28
2:00 a.m. - An officer was flagged down by security at a Gould Street business. They stated a suspicious vehicle with extensive body damage just drove through the business parking lot in an aggressive manor. They gave me a description of the vehicle. The vehicle was no longer in the area. The security stated they would let Needham Police know if the vehicle returned.
9:00 a.m. - An officer observed a motor vehicle on Highland Ave by Webster Street with an expired registration sticker. A traffic stop was conducted and a registration query revealed that the operator, a 48-year-old woman from Dedham, had a suspended license. The woman was issued a summons for operating with a suspended license and operating with an expired registration.

10:00 a.m. - A Manning Street resident reported that on Nov. 25, he was notified of a bank account being opened in his name. The person didn't open the account. The account has been cancelled and the credit reporting agencies were notified.
10:00 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to an Intervale Road residence for a report of fraud. Upon investigation, the officer was able to confirm the resident had become the victim of an online scam. I provided the resident with information to protect their identity and how to avoid becoming the victim of similar fraud in the future.

5:14 p.m. - An officer responded to a Franklin Street address for a report of a fight between two parties. The reporting person stated that he another person, who had since left, were involved in a physical altercation. The reporting party was advised of his options and all units cleared without further incident.
November 29
11:00 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Webster Street address for a past report of stolen packages from the address. The reporting party stated that a delivery was made to her residence, however the package was taken prior to her being able to recover it.
November 30
5:59 p.m. - An officer was observing traffic on Webster Street in the area of Elder Road and stopped a truck for operating without its headlights on. On investigation it was determined that the operator was operating on a suspended license and had an outstanding warrant. Michael Murphy, 45, of Needham, was arrested for both offenses.
