Forbidden Broadway is the brainchild of award-winning playwright Gerard Alessandrini. Alessandrini wrote this version of the show in celebration of the Needham Community Theatre’s 60th anniversary.
Two to three men and two to three women will make up Forbidden Broadway’s main cast. Hopefuls are asked to have the ability to imitate and make fun of Broadway shows and stars. Hopefuls are also asked to prepare 16 bars of a song from a Broadway show demonstrating vocal range.
