Girls Volleyball Honors Team Molly

The Needham High School girls volleyball team has struggled so far this season, but on Friday they showed true grit and determination, despite losing in five sets to the Milton Wildcats, 3-2. 

While it was indeed a regular season match, it was also the second annual "Team Molly" event, which promoted ovarian cancer awareness in an effort to remember Molly Eisenber of Lexington, who lost her battle in 2009. In honor of Molly, both Milton and Needham sported teal shooelaces and armbands.
