The month of June officially kicks off the summer season. Temperatures are warming, flowers are in bloom and we are all anticipating BBQ’s and summer vacations. Before the summer heat sets in, there are few seasonal home maintenance items we should check off. - Check and set all automatic timers including motion lights, landscape lighting and lawn irrigation systems.
- Power wash patios, driveways and walkways.
- Set-up and clean outdoor furniture.
- Clean the grill and stock up on charcoal or propane gas.
- Treat and fertilize your lawn before the summer heat set in.
- Tighten loose screws or protruding nails on fences, porches and railings.
- Clean out and organize the garage for summer activities.
