Honda Village Employee achieves Gold-Level Status
Joshua Fink of Needham recognized by Council of Sales Leadership

Needham resident and Honda Village of Newton employee, Joshua Fink, was recently recognized by the Honda Council of Sales Leadership for achieving the Gold level sales objective of selling 205 units. Fink serves as a Selection Specialist in their Newton car dealership, which is part of Ray Ciccolo’s Village Automotive Group. The team was tasked with selling 300 cars in one month, and Fink successfully sold more than half of that goal – marking great strides for Honda Village.
“In almost four years in the auto industry, I was able to set both a personal all-time sales record this August, in addition to being a part of a record-setting sales team here at Honda Village,” Fink said.
Fink received his letter of recognition from the Council of Sales Leadership, which is an annual recognition program that promotes excellence in sales, customer satisfaction and professional development to over 15,000 Honda dealership sales consultants across the country.
