John Boyle Wrentham Arraignment Now Likely for Monday
The 22-year-old met a judge at Norfolk County Superior Court to discuss parole violation.
The man who led police on a chase through several towns yesterday, John Boyle, is now likely to be arraigned Monday in Wrentham District Court.
The 22-year-old was held without bail at a probation hearing at Norfolk County Superior Court Friday afternoon. He was due to be arraigned in Wrentham on Friday, but clerks at Wrentham District Court have stated that no new cases are taken after 3 p.m. and that the arraignment will likely take place on Monday.
His attorney, Elliot Levine, argued Boyle be released without bail because he lives without his mother. Levine admitted his client missed probation hearings, but that there are "obvious reasons for violation."

Boyle was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation on Aug. 26 when he took off on foot, running down Trout Pond Lane. Police gave chase and locked down several areas while they searched for the suspect.
Considered "dangerous" and possibly armed by Needham Police, Boyle led officials through Needham, Dover, Wellesley, Braintree and Randolph before being apprehended in Dover by Wellesley Police.
Boyle was operating with a suspended license and is currently serving three years probation for breaking and entering. Additionally, Boyle was sentenced to 18 months in April 2009 (dating back to Sept. 2008) for possession of four weapons that stemmed from breaking and entering larcenies in Dedham.
