Massage Therapists Charged with Prostitution at Needham Spas
Local police working with NORPAC Task Force made arrests on Friday, March 16 at Needham Oriental Spa and Best Body Work.
Massage therapists at two spas in Needham are facing charges of alleged prostitution after local detectives working with the NORPAC Task Force conducted an undercover operation there last Friday.
Needham Oriental Spa at 60 Dedham Ave. and Best Body Work at 430 Hunnewell St. both were being investigated after police received complaints of alleged prostitution at the sites, according to reports.
One massage therapist from each location—Xiao Cathcart, 46, a Warren, R.I. resident, and Wan Liqing, 50, a Quincy resident—were arrested on Friday, March 16 at around 11:30 a.m. and charged with sexual conduct for a fee, according to the reports.

An investigator from the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure also assisted in the investigation.
