The free performances will be on stage at the Park School in Brookline on July 26 and 27.

Needham residents Gianlucca Zaccai and Samantha Hung will be featured in Creative Arts at Park's upcoming free Arts Festival, set Thursday, July 26 and Friday, July 27 at the Park School in Brookline.
The local actors will perform in one of three family-friendly shows—the musical "Norbert Beany is ACTION MAN!"
The day-long festival will showcase the work of more than 200 young people from several Greater Boston communities in the visual and performing arts. The festival is the culmination of CAAP’s five-week multi-arts program.

The festival will open at 9 a.m. and will include performances by students ages 7-15 in dance, music, drama, photography, gymnastics, film and video, writing, karate and fencing as well as many exhibits of their work in a variety of visual arts.
The musical, “Norbert Beany is ACTION MAN!," features a rockin' score by Boston's own Faith Soloway. The show tells the story of Norbert Beany, insecure eighth grader, who is struggling to find his way at Larveigh Junior High. His overactive imagination conjures up “ACTION MAN!,” the person he has always wanted to be. But superheroes aren’t exactly what other kids are in to, and Norbert meets some unexpected obstacles—and makes some unexpected friends—on his way to both the prom and a happier self.
