Needham Among Top Mass. Schools for SAT Scores

NEEDHAM, MA — Needham SAT scores are inside the state's top 20 in two out of three categories, according to data from the state's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Needham's average reading score on the 2014-15 edition of the exam was 580, which puts Needham test takers at 20th in the state. Writing and math were 585 and 599, the 14th and 16th best in the state. The combined score was 1,764.

Needham ranked 17th out of the 286 school district where at least 10 tests were taken.
