Needham Breaks Christmas Eve Temperature Record
Needham broke its previous Christmas Eve record by nine degrees on Thursday.
The town of Needham isn’t exactly experiencing a white Christmas, but many did not expect to shatter any temperature records.
Needham’s 70 degree high temperature on Thursday disintegrated the previous Christmas Eve high temperature record of 61 degrees set back in 19989 by six degrees, according to Intellicast.

And it seems that Needham may not be done breaking records.
According to Intellicast the record high for December 25 in Needham was 58 degrees in 1979. Currently, Weather.com projects highs of 63 degrees on Friday, which would top the record by five degrees.
