Needham Farmers Market Opens Memorial Day Weekend

The Needham Farmers Market will welcome back local farmers, vendors, and shoppers on opening day on May 28. Numerous vendors will offer shoppers a rainbow of spring flowers, seedlings, herbs, fresh produce and meats, a variety of healthy treats and baked goods, artists, and music in downtown Needham.

Located in its brand new location on Garrity Way, the paved driveway between Needham Town Hall and the Town Common, the Needham Farmers Market is pleased to announce the 2017 market season is open on Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. through Nov. 19.

This week, the Needham Farmers Market will feature selections of local in-season produce, pasture-raised meats and poultry, New England maple syrup, granola, and treats, homemade small batch toffee, fresh-baked breads and pastries, and more. Local artists will feature beautiful hand-made knitted and leather goods, photographs and cards. Each week will bring new seasonal selections, crafts and gifts from local artisans, and live music to keep shoppers’ feet moving as they walk the Market.
