Needham Girl Featured In Highlights Magazine
A poem from Erin Bourque's is in the magazine's October edition.

The October 2017 issue of Highlights published a poem from 8-year-old Erin Bourque in its “Your Own Pages” section. Erin the child of Megan Bourque, is a third grader at Mitchell Elementary School.
Each year, Highlights readers send the magazine more than 35,000 submissions. The magazine selects work by boys and girls of all ages and from many different places in the world. Erin was one of only 38 children chosen for the October 2017 issue. By showcasing a representative sample of all the work, Highlights hopes to foster children’s creativity.
