Needham to Hold Small Business Information Session

The City of Needham will be holding an informational session for small business owners on Jan. 13.

The session entitled Doing Business with the Town aims to educate business owners of the town’s purchasing process and how to get bidding notifications for town and state contracts. The seminar will run from 4:00-5:30 p.m. at Powers Hall.

Information about the legal requirements of public purchasing and finding bid opportunities with the government will also be covered. In addition, the session will discuss the Commonwealth of Massachusetts e-purchasing website and supplier registration.
