Needham Kid Thrilled to Meet Herb Chambers

Nine-year-old Bennett Grossman of Needham is a kid fascinated with cars, especially exotic ones. 

One day, Bennett went into with his grandfather to pick up a new car, and while there, learned about cars and about Herb Chambers from the salesman. 

According to his mother, from that day on, Chambers became Bennett’s idol, with Bennett saying that he wants to be Herb Chambers when he grows up. 

So Bennett’s mother wrote to the Herb Chambers Companies requesting a meeting with Chambers. 

That meeting took place on Saturday, June 9, when Bennett’s parents took him to meet Chambers at the Herb Chambers Cars & Coffee event at the Lexus dealership in Sharon. While there, Bennett got to speak with Chambers and see some rare, exotic and classic cars. He also received a gift from Chambers.
