Needham Looking To Fill Planning Board Vacancy

NEEDHAM, MA — The Needham Planning Board and Select Board are looking for a resident who wants to get involved in local politics. The boards are trying to fill a vacancy on the Planning Board.

The appointment would run until the next regular Town election on April 14, 2020. The Planning Board provides professional planning services to the community regarding land use, public facilities, and transportation systems so that the Town may continue to be a quality place to live, work and play.

The Planning Board generally meets at 7:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month. To apply, you must be a registered voter in the Town. Applicants can send a letter of interest and resume to the Needham Select Board, Needham Town Hall, 1471 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA 02492 or email: selectboard@needhamma.gov.

Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday.
