Needham Man Arrested on Assault Charges

NEEDHAM, MA — A Needham man wanted in an alleged assault was taken into police custody last week.

On Feb. 6 at about 1:30 p.m., Needham police and fire responded to a Hunnewell Street address on report of a man bleeding on the sidewalk. The victim, a Needham man, sustained injuries to face, ribs and arms, police said. As a result of the investigation into the nature of his injuries, Needham police obtained an arrest warrant and made an arrested on Feb. 10 at approximately 8:30 a.m.

Daniel Lueth, 41, of Needham, was arrested and arraigned in court on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
