Needham Police Log: A Car with No Fenders or Bumper, and More
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

March 24
12:05 p.m. - An officer observed a motor vehicle traveling northbound on Chestnut Street in the area of the Needham Fire Station and stopped it. The vehicle was missing both the front and rear fender, front and rear bumpers, as well as a front headlight and registration plate. The operator of the vehicle stated that the vehicle had been stripped of all the parts while in New York. The operator was advised that he should not be on the road. The vehicle was privately towed and the operator was cited for an equipment violation and a number plate violation.

3:50 p.m. - An Officer took a report of a walk-in who stated his social security number had been stolen and used to file a fraudulent tax claim on his behalf. His accountant was currently investigating the matter.
10:30 p.m. - Officers approached a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the lot at Cutler Park. Following an investigation, Kostya Ragin, 20, of Needham, was arrested on a warrant. Ragin was also charged with minor in possession of alcohol and obstruction of justice.
