Needham Police Log: Damaged Traffic Light, Stolen Bike, and More
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

August 18
12:30 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle for failing to stop at the four way stop sign located School Street at Lincoln. The operator, a 32-year-old Fall River man, will be summoned to court for unlicensed operation.
3:15 p.m. - An officer responded to a property damage crash at the intersection of Dedham Avenue and South Street. There were no vehicles in the area and the light at the intersection was on the ground in the grass area. There was also a double pole which was split and badly damaged. There were also tire marks that indicated that the vehicle had traveled off the road and struck both the pole and the light.

5:00 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to a business on Chestnut Street for a report of a stolen bicycle.
6:00 p.m. - An officer responded to a two-car crash at the intersection of Hillside Avenue and West Street. A check of both vehicles revealed that a 42-year-old Framingham man was operating with a revoked license. He will be summonsed to Dedham District Court to answer the charge of operating with a suspended license and two other traffic violations.

6:45 p.m. - An officer observed a vehicle drive through a red light at the intersection of Highland Avenue and West Street. The operator, a 22-year-old Dedham man, will be charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop for a red light. The vehicle was then towed from the scene.
