Needham Police Log: Disorderly Conduct, Threats, and More

October 17

10:00 a.m. - An officer responded to a Yurick Road residence for a report of identity theft. The matter is under investigation.

5:00 p.m. - An officer observed a man sitting on the ground in the area of Oakland Avenue. After further investigation, it was discovered that the man was intoxicated. The 43-year-old Needham man will be summonsed to Dedham District Court for disorderly conduct.

October 18

A Chambers Street resident reported to the station to report her vehicle was hit overnight. There was no further information on who may have hit her vehicle

October 19

7:00 p.m. - A Natick resident came to the police station to report that her wallet was stolen today while she was at a Needham restaurant. One credit card was used at a Westwood store to purchase gift cards before card could be cancelled.

October 20

4:45 p.m. - Officers responded to a Franklin Street business for a report of threats being made by a disgruntled worker. The owner was advised by officers to write a formal letter of disinvite and contact Needham police if there is any further issues.
