Needham Police Log: Disturbance, Thefts, and More

September 2
11:45 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to Fastenal on Wexford Street to take a report of a past larceny. The reporting party stated that the company has been experiencing several thefts from the business. The matter is under investigation.
7:50 p.m. - An officer responded to Brother's Pizza on Reservoir Street for a disturbance. A customer had become agitated inside the business, yelling at employees. The owners were advised to send a letter of disinvite to the involved party.

10:35 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle on Central Avenue and determined that the operator, a 29-year-old Malden male, had a suspended license. He was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

12:55 a.m. - An officer observed a vehicle parked in a Kendrick Street parking lot after hours. After subsequent investigation, a 20-year-old Dedham woman will be summoned to Dedham District Court for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
11:00 p.m. - An officer observed a vehicle speeding on Great Plain Avenue. After a subsequent investigation, Benjamin Slagter, 26, of West Roxbury, was arrested on a default warrant out of Greenfield District Court.
