Needham Police Log: Intoxicated Man, Underage House Party, and More

August 18
9:00 a.m. - A walk-in reported an attempted scam from Craigslist. The matter is under investigation and no fraud actually occurred.

August 19
A Brackett Street residence reported that a bicycle had been stolen from his residence. Party reported that the bike was left outside the residence on the property for approximately 24 hours. No suspects at this time.

August 20
1:00 a.m. - An officer encountered a 20-year-old Needham man walking down the middle of Hunting Road. The man appeared to be intoxicated and was transported to his residence where he was left in the care of a relative.
August 21
10:10 p.m. - An officer responded to an Aletha Road address for an underage party. As a result a 16-year-old Needham juvenile will be charged with furnishing alcohol to minors in Norfolk County Juvenile Court.
3:15 p.m. - Officers responded to Cutler Park for a motor vehicle breaking and entering. The matter is under investigation.
