Needham Police Log: Larceny, Attempted Break-ins, and More

March 22
12:20 p.m. - M Officers stopped a white Honda Sedan traveling down Highland Avenue for a failed inspection sticker. Upon further investigation ,it was discovered that the operator, Ronald Bray, 24, of Boston, was operating with a suspended license. Bray was taken into custody and brought to Dedham District Court. Bray was charged with operating with a suspended license and operating with a failed inspection sticker.
3:40 p.m. - A party walked into the police station to report a fraud.The victim also stated that an unknown party also tried to open three Visa accounts. The victim requested a police report for documentation purposes.

March 23
12:00 p.m. - An officer took a report for a larceny by check scheme at Middlesex Savings Bank on Chestnut St. The suspect, a 25-year-old Boston man, will be summoned on charges of larceny over $250.

March 25
4:30 p.m. - Officers responded to a Gould Street business for a report of a male party attempting to gain access to vehicles in the parking lot. The male party was seen by an employee arriving for work on the previous day at approximately 5:50 AM. The employee stated that the male party was peering into multiple cars and attempting to open the doors. The case is currently under investigation.
