Needham Police Log: Massive Fight, Trespassing, and More
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

October 29
2:30 a.m. - An officer noticed 3-4 teenagers wearing hooded sweatshirts and backpacks, run across West Street from the Needham Heights MBTA train yard towards Hillside Avenue. Upon checking the area, an officer encountered one of them who stated that they walked on the tracks from Pollard to 7-Eleven. A check of the area revealed no visible vandalism or signs of recent alcohol consumption. Because of her age, and the late hour, the juvenile's mother was contacted and agreed to pick her up at the police station. Before releasing her to the custody of her mother, both parties were spoken to of the potential dangers involving the railroad tracks, as well as the potential legal consequences of trespassing on MBTA property.
2:00 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to the rear parking lot of Trader Joe's for a motor vehicle vs. pedestrian accident. A 59-year-old West Roxbury woman was transported to Beth Israel Needham. The operator, a 55-year-old Newton man, was issued a citation for failure to use care while turning.
