Needham Police Log: Stolen Tires and More

The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

October 7

8:30 a.m. - An officer responded to the Marriott Residence Inn for a report of stolen tires from a vehicle. The operator of the rental vehicle stated that he parked his car at 8:30 p.m. the night before and when he came out in the morning, it was jacked up and the wheels were stolen. The vehicle was a rental car and it was lifted up on Coca-Cola crates.

9:30 p.m. - An officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on Hunting Road for speeding. Subsequently, the operator, a 33-year-old man from Rockland, was cited and will be summonsed to Dedham District Court for operating after with a revoked license.

October 8

3:00 p.m. - An officer stopped a motor vehicle on Great Plain Avenue near Linden Street for speeding. It was learned that the operator had a suspended license. The operator, a 36-year-old man from Worcester, will be summoned to court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding.

October 9

3:50 a.m. - An officer encountered intoxicated 18-year-old Needham woman standing on the corner of Parish Road and Rosemary Street. She was taken home and released to the custody of her parent.
