Needham Police Log: Vandalism, Car Break-ins, and More
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

November 14
3:00 p.m. - An officer responded to a Central Avenue residence. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the resident, who said that she had received a Bank of America visa debit card that was made out to someone else. The resident was concerned, as she had an identity theft in the past. Her bank was notified and made aware of the situation. The card was never activated.
10:00 p.m. - An officer took a walk-in report of a stolen/vandalized sign from a Greendale Ave residence.

November 15
6:00 a.m. - An officer responded to a Hillside Avenue business for a report of a tow operator attempting to remove a car from the lot without permission. Further investigation revealed that the tow operator was attempting to tow the wrong vehicle. Additionally, a check of the operator's license revealed that it was suspended. The operator, a 23-year-old Ashburnham man, will be charged with operating with a suspended license.

9:45 a.m. - A Needham High School student reported that her cell phone was stolen from her locker. The phone was later turned into the lost and found, then returned to the student.
1:35 p.m. - A Brookline resident reported that his wife had lost her gold/diamond bracelet somewhere in Needham on Nov. 8.
3:00 p.m. - An officer responded to a Bird Street address on a larceny of a computer.
