Needham Police Log: Vehicle Break-in, Marijuana Possession, and More
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

November 16
4:45 p.m. - An officer responded to the area of Cutler Park for a reported motor vehicle break-in. While at the scene, it was discovered that a second vehicle had been broken into. Laptop computers and other items were taken from both vehicles. The matter remains under investigation.
6:20 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to Aletha Road for a report of identity fraud. The reporting party stated that he is receiving bills for a property that he does not own. The party was advised to contact the company directly.

November 17
9:30 a.m. - A resident on Virginia Road reported a past incident of identity fraud. The reporting party was advised to contact her financial institutions.

10:00 a.m. - An officer stopped a motor vehicle on Highland Avenue near May Street. After speaking with the operator, a 23-year-old Needham woman resident, she was cited and charged with operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, operating a motor vehicle with no insurance, and operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker. A citation was handed to the operator in hand and the motor vehicle was towed from the scene.
6:50 p.m. - An officer was assisting with traffic on Great Plain Ave by the Route 128 ramp and observed a vehicle cross over the double yellow line and towards oncoming traffic. The vehicle pulled to the side of the road as instructed by the officer. After further investigation, it was discovered that the operator, 28-year-old Needham man, had under an ounce of marijuana in the vehicle. The marijuana was seized and the operator was issued a civil citation for possession under an ounce of marijuana.
