Needham Police Seek Bank Robbery Suspect

Police in Needham are searching for a male suspect wanted in connection to a robbery that took place at the TD Bank on 89 Highland Avenue.

The suspect, who was wearing a mask, entered the bank around 4:15 p.m. on Friday afternoon and demanded money from a teller, police say.

No weapon was shown, but the suspect did threaten the teller, keeping his hand concealed inside of a bag. Police say the man fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s or 30s, six-foot-one, weighing 175 lbs. He was wearing black pants with a white stripe on the leg, black sneakers with a red Nike logo and a light gray zip-up style jacket with a black stripe on the sleeve. He was also wearing a tan color mask that resembled a thermal covering.
