Needham Rockets Review: Field Hockey Qualifies for State Tourney; Boys Soccer Stays on Top

The following was supplied by the Needham High School athletics department on Oct. 14:

Football Rockets improve to 3-2 and keep their playoff hopes alive. Huge game from Sr. Captain, Cluff Kurker. He had over 300 all purpose yards and scored 4 Touchdowns! He caught 3 (88, 70, 66) and returned a punt 75 yards for the other!

Boys Soccer Boys clinched a playoff berth with their win vs Milton and remain atop the polls in both the Globe and ESPN Boston rankings! Rockets host their closest competitor in the BSC Carey; Brookline, Tuesday Night at Memorial Field (7:15)
