Needham Woman Died in UMass Dorm Room Over the Weekend

Officials have released the name of a woman who died over the weekend in her college dorm.

A Needham woman was found dead in her dorm room at University of Massachusetts Amherst over the weekend, reported The Boston Globe.

Chloe Malast was alone in her room at the time, according to an email from the dean of students at UMass, and foul play is not suspected. The cause of death has not been determined.

Malast was 21, and support staff has been in contact with Malast’s friends and family, reported WCVB Channel 5.

A student found dead in her dorm room at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst has been identified as Chloe Malast, 21, of Needham, MassLive.com reported.
