Needham Youth Services is pleased to share that Kate Findlen has been selected as the 2017 Recipient of the Patrick C. Forde Good Person Memorial Award. Kate has been the driving force behind the Friends of Music at Needham High School and the Relay for Life Survivor’s Committee.
This award is in memory of community activist Patrick Forde who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 51. Patrick was a person who cared deeply about Needham and about youth and families, and was best known for being a “good person.” Learn more at www.needhamma.gov/youth/fordeaward.
The public is invited to attend the ceremony to honor Kate on Monday, January 23rd at 5:30PM at Powers Hall in Needham Town Hall.
