New "Virtual Restaurant" Coming to Needham

NEEDHAM, MA — When True Taste Seasonal Kitchen opens in a few weeks, Needham residents will be able to order takeout, but those looking for a dine-in experience will be out of luck.

Chef-owner Dan Tavan recently told Eater Boston that he originally planned on opening a traditional brick-and-mortar restaurant, but opted for a food truck. While trying to find a commissary space in Needham, he decided to operate as a delivery restaurant.

True Taste Seasonal Kitchen plans on serving seasonal, farm-to-table food, which will satisfy a lot of special dietary needs and diets.

The new “virtual restaurant" could open as soon as May 1.
