NHS Varsity Teams To Play Spring Openers

The spring season officially opens this week for several teams as they face their first opponents since practice began earlier in March.

Here's a look at what's on the schedule this week for games, not including scrimmages:

THURSDAY, MARCH 29

• Season Opener: Boys and Girls Track and Field, 3:45 p.m., AWAY at Wellesley High School

FRIDAY, MARCH 30

• Season Opener: Girls Varsity Lacrosse, 4 p.m., HOME against Acton-Boxborough High School (at )
• Girls Junior Varsity Lacrosse, 4 p.m., HOME against Acton-Boxborough High School (at Turf 1)
• Season Opener: Boys Varsity Volleyball, 4 p.m., AWAY at Natick High School
• Boys Junior Varsity Volleyball, 5:15 p.m., AWAY at Natick High School

MONDAY, APRIL 2

• Season Opener: Girls Varsity Softball, 3:45 p.m., AWAY at Westwood High School
• Girls Junior Varsity Softball, 3:45 p.m., HOME against Westwood High School (at Claxton Field 1)
• Boys Varsity Volleyball, 4 p.m., HOME against Braintree High School ( A Gym)
• Boys Junior Varsity Volleyball, 5:15 p.m., HOME against Braintree High School (NHS A Gym)
