Even as North Hill prepares to open brand new buildings for Enhanced Living and Skilled Nursing, the retirement community has earned a deficiency-free grade from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health following their annual, unannounced survey. The deficiency-free survey is the second in a row for North Hill, located on the town line between Wellesley and Needham.

Adam Goldman, Health Center Administrator, praised his team for maintaining exceptional standards during a very busy time.

“Vista Terrace, our new Enhanced Living neighborhood, will open its doors in November and Pines Edge, the skilled nursing community, welcomes residents in January,” said Goldman. “Our team has continued to deliver the highest quality health care and supportive services while at the same time undergoing training in the new model of care and implementing a 100 percent electronic medical records system. It’s quite a feat!”

Only percent of nursing centers nationwide attain a deficiency free grade. North Hill also has carried a Five-Star rating with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services continuously since January 2012.
