OUI, Larceny, And More: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

August 2
2:00 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Glover Road address for a report of a stolen stamp collection. The reporting party stated that the stamps were taken sometime in April.
3:30 p.m. - An officer responded to a Central Avenue business, for a report of a woman in an unknown medical condition. Upon arrival, the reporting parties were trying to stop a brown Kia SUV from leaving the parking lot. It was determined that the operator of the vehicle, Susan Garner, 57, of South Carolina, was intoxicated. She was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of liquor and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

August 3
4:00 p.m. - A walk-in reported an attempted identity fraud. The reporting party is not out any money.

8:50 p.m. - An officer responded to a Laurel Drive residence for the report of damage to a wall. The wall appeared to have been hit by a vehicle that left the area.
9:30 p.m. - A Dell Avenue resident came to the police station to report that his Trek mountain bicycle had been stolen. Resident reports that he was at work at an Highland Ave. business when the bicycle was stolen. He believes that theft took place at around 8:00 pm.
August 5
1:06 a.m. - An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Highland Avenue near Route 128. Following a brief investigation the operator, a 23-year-old Framingham woman. was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
11:00 a.m. -The Needham Pool and Racquet on Central Avenue reported that they had a larceny on the previous day.
August 6
9:20 a.m. - A walk-in to the station reported fraud on one of his checking accounts. The matter is under investigation.
7:45 p.m. - An officer observed a vehicle operating on Oak Street with an expired registration sticker. Following a traffic stop and a brief investigation, the 17-year-old Needham man operator was summoned to court for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
