Police Log: Son Takes Out Loan in Mom's Name; Illegal Dumping at Dunkin' Donuts
The following are excerpts from the Needham police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 29
- At 9:45 a.m., police stopped a car at the intersection of Highland Ave. and Wexford Street. The operator, Brandon Maryland, a 28-year-old Boston man, was arrested for operating after having a revoked license. Brandon Maryland, 28, 4885 Washington St., Boston.
- At 10:50 a.m., police responded to Dunkin’ Donuts on Great Plain Ave for a report of illegal dumping. A resident of Morningside Road will be summonsed into court for illegal dumping.
- At 3 p.m., police stopped a car on Highland Ave. for defective equipment. The vehicle had a revoked registration. A 22-year-old Dorchester man will be summonsed to court for operating after revocation.
- At 4:40 p.m., police stopped a car on Ventral Ave. for a rejected inspection sticker. The inspection sticker was actually tampered with - not rejected. As a result, a 23-year-old Millis man will be summonsed to court for forging a motor vehicle document.
- At 5:23 p.m., police took a report of fraud from a Capt. Robert Cook Drive resident. This person said her son had taken out a loan using her information.
- At 6:30 p.m., police responded to a residence on Laurel Drive for a report of a past fraud incident. The person said there was fraudulent activity with his debit card.
