Police Log: Suspects up to No Good at School, Bridge Streets

Police were called to Tobin Afterschool and to a private residence.

Police were summoned to Bridge St. on July 12 for a case of vandalism and to School St. on the same day for what may have turned into property damage.

At 9:01 p.m. that day, police reported to 45 Bridge St. for a report of destruction of property. The homeowner informed officers that he had noticed a second story window had a hole in it. Police inspected the window and determined that either a pellet or B.B. gun bullet created the hole.

The homeowner told police that he has not had any previous problems and that he gets along well with all of his neighbors.

Earlier that evening, around 7:33 p.m., police took a report at the station from a walk-in regarding Tobin Afterschool on School St. According to what a neighbor told the reporting party, a juvenile male on a red bike was seen looking into the windows around 5:30.

Police noted that Tobin has been the victim of recent vandalism.
