Police Log: Vandalism, Break-in and More

The following is from the Needham Police Department. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

January 18

11:30 a.m. - Quentin Wilson, a 29-year-old Boston resident was arrested during a traffic stop on Highland Avenue for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

5:30 p.m. - Vandalism was reported at a home on Hillcrest Road. Sometime between midnight and 6 a.m., a motor vehicle drove onto the front lawn, causing tire rut damage.

January 19

1:15 a.m., - During a traffic stop in the area of Hunnewell and Taylor Streets, a 43-year-old male from Wellesley received a summons operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

January 20

4:45 p.m. - A resident on Greendale Avenue reported fraudulent credit card charges. She was advised that items charged to her credit card were shipped to a resident in town. The matter is currently under investigation.

5:15 p.m. - A business on Hillside Avenue venue reported a past break-in.The matter is still under investigation.

6:30 p.m. - Sam D’Arcy, 29, formerly of Needham, was arrested on a warrant while at the police station.
